I said I can go back in my blog and find out. Sure enough, I did, but it got me waxing nostalgic about running. Our lives are completely different today than they were even in 2020 when I last posted. Life is slower, we live in a very rural part of Idaho, and we love everything about our lives! I have been walking a lot but because of my knee acting up some still, I haven't been running at all. The walking is really a product of a heart attack I had almost a year ago and doctor/wife's orders. All is well, but just building up my strength again. Maybe I'll get back into running next spring.
